Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which delivers in approximately 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Customers in the area of Appanoose County, Iowa area have the option of picking up their order at the weekly Farmer's Market on Centerville Square. For more information about this option, please contact us at info@ganderhollowfarms.com.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (fresh or frozen farm products)
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ganderhollowfarms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
